Prevent Mosquito Bites

The Williams Mobility Team (aka my dogs, my friend/assistant, and I) went hiking in Auburn last weekend, but had to cut it short because of the swarms of mosquitoes.

Mosquito bites can be more than an annoying itch: they can also spread viruses, such as West Nile, Saint Louis Encephalitis, and La Crosse Encephalitis. Because these viruses can cause potentially fatal infections, it is important that we prevent them by using EPA-registered insect repellents, wearing long-sleeved shirts and pants, and keeping mosquitoes outside with window and door screens.
